Arrogant Oil :-/

Overheard on the train platform yesterday...

1: I like your hair. What you use in it?

2: Thanks. I use that gel with Arrogant Oil in it.

Me in my head: Hahaha she said Arrogant Oil. I think she means Argan Oil. (The Moroccan oil that's supposed to be so good for your hair). She may have said Aragon oil but that's still funny because he's a Dragon.

Don't you know no good while riding the MTA?

So why does the MTA substitute for a school bus system after 3pm?

After leaving work one day I decided to go to IKEA of Brooklyn since it is nearby. (In case you wanted to know I'm planning to fashion me a headboard HGTV style.) Anyway, I decided to go the way Hopstop told me to to get the B61 bus. It directed me to somewhere on Columbia and Woodhall streets. Idk I never made it there. But in an honest attempt to locate the stop I end up walking around the whole school where I work which takes up an entire city block because there was no way to cross the Gowanus Expway.  After which I end up at Smith and 9th streets where I usually catch the bus to IKEA. When I arrives at Smith and 9th 15 minutes later, I see the bus across Smith.  I miss the bus. Grrrrrr!

Da bus... Lol... I hate it. I <3 Manhattan where we take trains like civilized people.

On the bus I was subjected to and totally unprepared for an entire bus load of school kids. Not my school kids.  But school kids none the less.  During the ride there was fake dog pitbull barking, screaming, yelling, lap dancing, kissing, aaaand to top it off a fight. Plus, I had the pleasure of a pitstop step off in the Red Hook pjs for a wheel chair let off. Oh, and did I mention I was riding in the drivers lap because the bus was so crowded? He owes me $10 by the way. I jest, but I was uncomfortably close to him and way past that white line the passengers are not supposed to cross.

I got to Ikea . Got what I needed. In and out in 10 minutes.  Love that!  The Ikea in Brooklyn never seems to be crowded.  But at the end of it all I was just like,
"Omg! #Imdone&goinghomeontheIKEAshuttle&2trainsmfh"

I am officially a product reviewer :)

Hello World!

Just an FYI and a JIC (Just incase).  Probably along with a UDC (you don't care) lol.
But this is my review of a lovely rain boot I just purchased pictured below.  I like it and it keeps my feet dry.  They are simple enough to go with almost everything and don't cost a lot.  I actually got them 1/2 off with a sale promocode.  Enjoy and thanks for reading.

My review on the site:

"I was going to get the Hunter boots but since I don't live in Seattle I couldn't see spending that much on something I wouldn't get a lot of wear out of in the Northeast.  Also, I have a larger calf and several of the rain boots available do not work for me.  These boots are great. They fit, have a cute style I can wear with skinny or boot cut jeans, a skirt, a dress, or under work slacks."
